Antibiotic Therapy
Combined with decongestants and/or nasal steroid spray, antibiotic therapy is sometimes and an effective way to eliminate chronic sinusitis.

Endoscopic Sinus Surgery
For those who do not respond to antibiotic therapy, a CAT scan of the sinuses is used to confirm chronic sinusitis. Endoscopic sinus surgery may be used to drain the sinuses.
